Detect the overall size and surface flatness of the frame to ensure that the frame will not be deformed due to welding or processing stress. The inspection data can be fed back to the welding and cooling processes to improve process parameters.

Assembly Accuracy of Battery Module Installation

Check the assembly accuracy of the battery module to ensure that the module is accurately matched with the internal frame of the battery case. The test data is used to adjust the internal support and fixing process to avoid any deformation that will affect the product performance in the installation position.
